🚰 Plumbing & Installation ☕

Up next, we're tackling all things plumbing and water — because great coffee starts with great water! We're targeting April 16th to have this phase wrapped up and checked off the list ✅  Let's see how we track towards that date 😬 🤞🏻

Once the water's flowing, it's time to bring in the big players — the espresso machine, grinder, rinser, and all the gear that's going to make your cup of coffee absolutely exceptional. This is the phase we've been dreaming about.

Then on to licensing 📋🪪

After equipment installation, we'll be working through licensing and legal permitting to make sure everything is buttoned up, official, and ready to go. Not the most glamorous step, but a very important one!
